Aluminum Suction Strainers
 NORTHERN ALUMINUM SUCTIONS STRAINERS offer a dependable, lightweight, economical strainer that will not rust. Our quick tach clamp allows the strainer to be easily removed from the suction line even after years of use. The mud skid keeps the suction pipe off the bottom. This helps in keeping the line from sinking in the mud and affecting your pumping performance. It also makes it easier to remove the suction pipe from the water. We offer custom-built screens made to fit you particular application.

Aluminum Self Cleaning Suction Strainers
  
The NORTHERN SELF-CLEANING SUCTION STRAINER is designed to keep the strainer screen clear in trashy water conditions. It can be used like a standard strainer and will operate at any angle from the bottom of the river or pond. The strainer requires a minimum of 40 PSI at 15-30 GPM from the pump discharge. The Strainer will provide effective cleaning action in most applications at a very economical price. Our 180° ditch self-cleaning strainer is designed for installation in the irrigation ditch. It screens the water before it enters the turnout. It is availabl to attach to most culvert sizes.

Floating pumps include pump & close coupled electric motor, electric panel, 50' electric cable, motor canopy, screen, discharge hose with coupler, float assembly with 2 aluminum floats. Some pumps are available with 4 pontoons. Northern Agri-Services will build a floating tailwater pump to meet your requirements.
